The brief

Where it started.

A first-year outdoor market with sixty food and craft vendors, four Friday nights and no audience. The organizers needed 12,000 tickets sold with a modest media budget and no headline act.

The vendors were the draw, and most of them had loyal followings of their own.

The idea

“Meet you under the lights.”

We gave every vendor the same simple kit: a title card, a sound, and a prompt to show what they were bringing. Sixty small audiences pointed at one date.

Creators got early access for a preview night, and a countdown ran across stories, street posters and paid placements.
