On payment, finished assets we produce for a client are theirs to use on owned channels. Paid usage of talent or creator content is limited to the placements and periods set out in the relevant agreement.

Creator and influencer content arranged by the studio carries clear disclosure of any material connection, in line with the FTC Endorsement Guides. Clients agree not to ask creators to remove or hide disclosures.
