Part 1 of 4
Working with us
Forty-five minutes on video. We ask about the business, look at your channels together and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. You leave with three starter ideas whether or not we work together.
Audits start within a week. Monthly packages usually begin three to four weeks after the call, because the first month is planning: voice guide, format bank, calendar and the first shoot.
Runway and Lift run on a three-month minimum, Altitude on six. After that it is month to month with 30 days notice. Audits, strategy projects and shoot days have no term.
A producer is your day-to-day contact, backed by a strategist, an editor and a community manager. The people on the call are the people who do the work.
Yes. Strategy, editing, community and paid work are fully remote. For shoots we travel at cost, or direct a local crew from our call sheet.

Content and approvals
Everything lands in one shared board: scripts first, then edits, then scheduled posts. You comment in place. Two rounds of changes are included per batch, and nothing publishes without a green tick.
You do. Finished assets are yours for owned channels without limit. Raw footage is archived for 12 months and available on request.
It helps, but it is not required. Roughly half our series use hands, product, voiceover or text on screen. If someone on your team is willing, we coach them on set.
Business accounts need commercially cleared audio, so we license tracks or use original sound. Talent and creator usage is agreed in writing before a shoot and listed on the call sheet.
Either. Most clients have us schedule and publish through the platforms' own business tools, with their team keeping admin ownership of every account.

Pricing and billing
Sample pricing on this demo site: Runway from $3,200, Lift from $5,800 and Altitude from $9,400 a month. Production extras such as talent, locations and props are quoted at cost.
No. Media is paid directly to the platform on your card, so you see every dollar. Our fee covers strategy, creative and management.
No. Creator fees, product and shipping are passed through at cost with receipts. Our management fee is separate and fixed.
Monthly in advance for packages, 50% up front and 50% on delivery for projects. Card or bank transfer. Shoot days moved with less than 72 hours notice may carry a crew fee.

Results and reporting
No. Nobody can honestly promise that. We commit to a publishing rhythm, response times, a testing cadence and reporting you can verify inside the platforms.
A one-page summary that says what happened, why, and what changes next, followed by top and bottom posts and a short list of tests. A live dashboard sits behind it.
Community response times improve in the first week. Content patterns usually show in six to eight weeks, once a series has had a few episodes. Paid tests read out in two to three weeks at sensible budgets.
Reach among the right people, engagement rate by reach, saves and shares, site visits or bookings, and cost per result when ads are involved. Follower count is context, not a goal.
