A monthly batch shoot replaced four separate phones and four separate styles with one library, one look and a calendar that never runs dry.

The brief
Dapple runs three cafes and a wholesale roastery. Each cafe manager posted their own photos, and the feed looked like four different businesses. Wholesale buyers were visiting a page that undersold the product.
They wanted one visual language and enough content to post five times a week without thinking about it.
The idea
We tied the shoot to the roasting schedule. Once a month our crew spends a day following a batch from green beans to a poured cup, then rotates through the cafes for portraits and seasonal drinks.
The result is a tagged library the managers pull from, and a look that makes a latte and a 60-pound sack feel like the same brand.

Our managers used to dread posting. Now they open the board, pick something beautiful and get back to making coffee.
